my lumia 520 gets heating fastly and touchscreen is not working

im using lumia 520.my phone is gets heating fastly. :unhappysweat:
nowadays after heating my phone's touchscreen is not working(sometimes its automatically selects options on screen).it goes normal when i switch off the phone and wait till the phone get cool.
what i have to do now??:unhappy::unhappy::unhappy::unhappy::unhappy:

Did you already do some soft resets or hard reset or use the WPRT to see if this helps. Or if you have a SD card try without the SD card.
Or are you using a lot of apps on the background?

thanx for the help frnd.i have already hard reset my phone.i didnt use wprt but i have flashed it using nokia software updater.
im not using more apps on background
im using sd card in it.its memory is almost full.anyway i will try it without sd card.
