my lumia 525 on startup showing a blue screen and a sad smiley how to resolve the problem?

i tried to use lumia software recovery tool as well but it said software package not available for this phone

Physical button push Hard Reset is the best method for dealing with the known issue of Sad Face.

But be sure your battery is charged before you do the hard reset.
