My Lumia 640 indicates that the update 10512 is available to download but nothing is happening.

My update screen indicates that 10512 is available for download, but, remains dormant, 0% is actually downloading. I turned off the battery saver.

It will download, but you have to wait. I think I had to leave it like that for over an hour before it finally moved.
