My Lumia 830 has a bent aluminum frame, could this be a manufacturing defect?

Yeah on 930, signal is weak when I'm talking, when the phone is sitting idle all the time the signal is weak. As far as I know the battery has never been removed. I'll take it to the shop and let them deal with it

This phone has an obvious manufacturing defect. The people at the store are not professionals.They are too lazy to make efforts to meet the procedures in order to change your phone.Go hard on them.Write to MS,call the television,you bought a unit that should've been rebutted before leving the damn factory.This is not acceptable.
