My Lumia 830 says there is an update available. Any idea what is it?

Don't do it, I did now double tap doesn't wake phone, and calling is now ridiculous, phone goes blank, can't end call till other person hangs up. Just when I thought windows phone couldn't get any worse. Not long now till this joke of an operating system is dead!!

I have seen this with the 640, 735, and 640 XL all for UK variants. It can possibly be an update to get your phone ready for Win 10 mobile.

I've been getting a new update alert for a couple of weeks, but after the update downloads, I get an error message that it can't be opened. I've tried downloading it a few times, still get the same message. Now I just ignore the update alert. I'm on AT&T.
