my lumia 925 is dead

Hi my lumia 925 is suddenly dead when i kept it to charging.
Now i am unable to power on it and soft reset also not working. but when ever i connect it to my laptop it is detecting my phone as "QHSUSB_DLOAD" window light is blinking when i press power+volume down button for 15 seconds when connected to laptop.
What is the problem can any one help
I tried flashing using different links in google but none of them worked.
service center person said my motherboard gone.

Take it into your cellphone carriers store and try to get a replacement.
