Lumia 930 Won't Work After Update to Windows 10 Technical Preview

Hi, today i've received a notification in my phone that a new update was available. It's was Windows 10 Technical Preview. I Accepted the instalation. It downloaded and installed. After that the phone restarted, and now it stays between Nokia Logo and Windows Phone Logo with a Not For Resale Phrase in the bottom of the screen. Than it restarts the phone and keeps on that. Tryed soft reset and won't work..
What can i do now??

Download the Recovery tool for PC: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=522381 and restore the phone. Only bad thing is your data is lost
