my lumia 950xl is 7 months old now..after the latest update it hangs...!!

it shows up a green screen and switches off suddenly and phones starts heating up and won't be able to switch it on unless the remove the battery and put it back,then it switches on. After that there no charge in it hardly 10% from 25% of battery!!
and it hangs and gives a noise sometimes!! :-(
anyone facing same issues!!

either send it for repairs or use windows device recovery tool to restore it
