My Lumia doesn't run apps any more

suddenly some apps closed once I run them.
they were working fine but now when i try to open they just crash and close,
most of the apps are working fine but some apps and games, like MS health, Insider, some photo editing are not working.
I tried resting the phone many times and still the same. I tried even without retrieve the backup or even try with another account,
I also tried the recovery tools but can't find package for my phone
some apps really relay on so can anyone help me with this.

What OS version are you runnIng? W/what Lumina updates? WP8, 8.1Gdr1?
​Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the offending apps?

I have Lumia Cyan installed, (GDR1)
uninstall and installing the apps wont make any changes,
even after hard reset

Have you gotten any error messages? If so, what do they say?

No, there is no error messages or like that.
just closed immediately after lunch it.
