My menu is missing.

[Windows Central Question]

When I load up my oculus, I load into my chosen setting (Cabin) but i can't see anything. Theres no menu, so therefore I cant do ANYTHING. I've tried restarting my oculus and waiting a couple hours and nothing seems to work. I'm terrified right now.

I'm no VR expert, at all, but what version of Oculus do you have? What are your system specs?
