I accidentally pulled out the battery from the phone hence a forced switch off. I know this might have caused it but how do I solve the SD problem without losing my data?

When it comes to SD Card problems, the safest recommendation would be to copy all your data from your card to your PC or phone (as a backup) and then purchase a new SD Card.

The other recommendation would be to use your PC to try to fix any errors your SD Card has. This works at times, but most of the time when an SD Card has started to fail or has been damaged it becomes write-protected and unfixable.
