My Microsoft Lumia 550 won't turn on?

I connected the charger and it vibrated. However I left it for 1 and a half hours and will not turn on. I have tried to reset by pressing down buttons but still nothing. Help please!

Check that the battery is in properly. Take out the battery and put it back in. It should be able to fit the slot securely.
