My new Lumia 640xl phone is getting switch off suddenly, how can I stop it?

My new lumia 640xl phone is getting switch off suddenly .

My phone is getting switched off suddenly for a a moment and then restarting. Can anyone please help me out with this problem. I have never set my phone in flight mode also.

Does this happen often? If so, have you tried a hard reset (settings - about phone - factory reset)? Try searching for OS updates.

If neither of these fix your problem, please take it to your nearest MS service center.
