Have you tried soft reset? And by the way the 640xl is not a Nokia.

If you have paired that device with a Bluetooth keyboard, then you'll have to unpair it before you get your on-screen keyboard back.

Try a soft reset, if you still face the issue do a hard reset.

yes done reset 2-3 times and okay it i Microsoft...
