My Nokia lumia 720 is dead after battery drained.
My Nokia Lumia 720 was showing the following symptoms
1. It took some 8 hours to charge to 100%
2.It drained in less than 6 hours with most power consumption turned off
The phone got switched off when I was not able to recharge it in time. Now, I am neither able to charge it nor switch it on, despite leaving it connected for hours. The service centre says I have to change the touch screen and pay them Rs8000/- Clearly, mine is a battery problem. the touch screen was fine when the phone was last working
