My Nokia lumia 920 has froze and none of the physical buttons work.So I can't reset my phone

I just left my phone on the table and when a call came in I couldn't answer it or see who was calling but it was ringing,I know it's the software that's the problem and not the phone itself.Please help me

This happens to me on occasion. Hold the lock and the down volume buttons until the phone vibrates. It may take a minute, but it always works for me.
