My Nokia Lumia 928 says my wifi password is incorrect even though its right!

So after getting the windows 10 preview build, I couldn't even check the wifi so then I installed the windows recovery tool to go back to windows 8.1 then I though everything was fine because I can actually see my wifi this time but, even though I type in the correct password it tells me its incorrect. Also if you do have a solution please do a step by step tutorial because I have found people say solutions but never explain how to do it. thanks

If you haven't soft reset your phone. Press and hold Power & Volume Down till phone vibrates.

If that doesn't work do hard reset (this will erase everything from your phone). That's same as soft reset but this time Power & Volume Up

Thanks, but I forgot to mention I did a soft reset and a hard reset, not sure if hard reset and factory reset is same thing but I did do both

Just wondering, are there any other wireless networks in your area with the same name as your network?
