My nokia lumia just went off after charging the whole night

I was charging my nokia lumia 928 the whole night but after waking up reading some messages the phone just went off. I have tried all the reset options but still nothing has happened. Could any one help me fix it or is there any repair shop I can send to in south Korea

So your phone is completely dead? or Windows Device Recovery Tool still recognises your phone?

My phone will occasionally read very low battery even after charging all night. After restarting the battery reads full charge again. Not sure if this has anything to do with your problem but wanted to offer the info. Hope it helps.
