My OneDrive Files show up on my phone, but not on my PC.

I need some help please.

I synced my videos to my OneDrive, and I can view the videos on my phone. My phone says they are on my OneDrive, and before viewing I have to wait a short time for the video to download to my phone.

But when I access my OneDrive from my PC, I am only able to see three .dat files. My six or so videos don't show up on my PC. I tried also to access my videos from my phone to my PC with the USB cord. But when I do that I can only see one file, not the files that have already been uploaded to OneDrive.
