My otg cable connected to Venue Pro stopped working, how can I get it working again?

otg cable conneted to venue pro stopped working

otg cable conneted to venue pro worked for months ..i did'nt use for awhile now it does not see the mouse connected to it ..used another otg same result..booth cables work fine with other tablet (hp stream 7)

Have you tried rebooting?

Disconnect the OTG cable and mouse.

Open Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager > Mice and other pointing devices > expand the category and right click the mouse > uninstall

Plug the OTG and mouse back in and let the drivers install a fresh copy
