my phone 4g service is not working

I have lumia 650 and is 4g mobile.i resetted it once and then the 4g is not working.now i hav only 3g service .why is that?

You might have to setup custom APN settings. These are different for every carrier - you have to search for the right settings for your carrier (search for <my carrier name> APN settings). After you find them, check this article for where to enter them.

I have Lumia 650 dual sim..sim 1 working 2,3 and 4G but sim 2 working only 2G
