My phone didn't restore datas after hard reset build 14322

After hard reset on build 14322, My lu930 didn't restore all datas from backup file. It only updated contact from outlook, all messengers, apps, settings were not restore. My phone look like a new phone with first use. Please help me.:unhappysweat:

14322 is a test release and has bugs like this. I suggest going back to a stable release and doing a restore from backup.

The only way to 10586 is to go to 8.1 and then upgrade using the Production or Preview Release option.
