My phone doesn't show name of caller

I have Lumia 535 dual SIM running Windows 8.1

If I save contact with country code for e.g. +975123456 and the call is received as 123456 then phone doesn't show contact name.

If I save contact without country code for e.g. 123456 and the call is received as +975123456 then phone doesn't show contact name either.

I have tried turning International Assist on and off but no luck.

What is this stupidity?

Is the International assist setting in your phone turned on or off? Try turning it off in case it is on or on in case it is off and see what happens.
(SETTINGS -> APPLICATIONS -> PHONE)
