my phone got slightly wet due to rain and it is getting on and off but i cant change the phone pls give me a response as soon as possible

A general answer here.
Leave your phone turned off in a warm dry location overnight.

Also check the dampness indicator (where ever it may be) on your phone to see if it has turned pinkish or red in color.
