My phone has run out of storage but I haven't put very much on it. What should I do?

My phone has run out of storage but I haven't put very much on it.

The Storage Sense AP on my phone reports that it is nearly full(at one point over 14gb). I have very few apps and even fewer files. When I click on the app it tells me that "Apps+games" consumes 6.18gb, of that, it claims up and down that my OneDrive is 4.81 GB.

The OneDrive currently actually contains about 600mb of pictures.

Over all I have a handful of small apps, some pictures, and a few other odds and ends. Nothing that could be filling up this much space.

Could you please tell us how much space you have total and possibly a screenshot of the Storage Sense application? It would be very helpful to ascertain if there's a problem and how we could fix it.

Might be e-mail, text conversations, ringtones.
These items can take a lot of space if they have never been cleared.
Internet cache/history can use a lot of space also.
