My phone screen is upside down but the buttons work normally, how can I fix this?

My phone screen is upside down but the buttons work normally

I dropped my phone earlier today, and the screen went black because it was to far away from the phone (it got pushed out a little) so i pushed it back in, and now the screen is stuck upside down, but the touch works as if the screen is right side up. Can anyone help?
