My phone wouldn't turn on today

So I got my cyan 920 delivered finally on Tuesday. It's been amazing. Absolutely love it.

I was using it today, locked the screen and put it down. About 10 minutes later I picked it up and it wouldn't turn on. I tried soft and hard resets, plugged it in and nothing would happen.
I went and looked on the Nokia discussion forums since this forum was down and found 2 other threads with the same issue.
I tried a hard reset again and this time it worked. I think I wasn't holding the buttons down long enough before.

Anyways, it rebooted and everything seems fine. But has anyone had this issue? It's a little unnerving for something to happen to a brand new phone and it's apparently not an isolated incident.

How do you do a hard reset? Is that the sequence with the volume buttons and the power button?

Yup, on day 2 that I owned my phone. Been a week and hasn't happened again.

Hold volume down, power and camera buttons till the phone vibrates.
