My printer does not want to print. It continually goes to the fax option.

Since installing windows 10 printing has been hit and miss. We have an HP officejet all in one printer. It worked perfectly until windows 10. We have removed and reinstalled the printer a couple of times but when we try to print it looks for a fax. Any ideas?

Make sure the printer is selected and tweaked according to your preferences. BTW, is printer spool service running on auto?
