My Profile Photo in the COntact List doesnt Show up.

i have a profile photo in my Outlook account, but in my phone, it doesnt Show up. its blank. When i tap the photo, it shows me an option to choose the Hotmail, but it doesnt sync. can someone help me for this?

nahhh..i miss Facebook Integ of WinPhone 8.0. :-\
