My screen keeps flicking or changing contrast in pictures

As I scroll down when images are being displayed, they change its contrast and go back in a second and that is very annoying anyone else has this problem?

6tag and facebook show this glitch or whatever that is very clearly I will try to post a video with my wife's phone
