My settings app has disappeared, how can I get it back?

setting app has dissappeared

since I installed windows phone 10 preview my setting app has disappeared from the start screen even though its pinned to start. when I click on the setting app from the app menu nothing happens.

Have you done a soft reset? That solved it for me......Press POWER + VOL DOWN for 15 sec until the phone vibrates.
