My store app is still stuck on the old version

After upgrading my phone to 10586, my store app is still stuck on the old version and searching for updated apps does not work. How do I update the Store app?

I just did the upgrade last night and 2 hard resets because 8 lumia apps on my icon are getting the error 0x803f8006 and refuse to update. The store updated, but I noticed I am not getting the newer version of Outlook with Linked inboxes and facebook. Yesterday I got the new 10.1 facebook app when I was on 581. But now FB is stuck on 8.3.7.0

Not sure which other apps aren't updating either yet but those are the first two I noticed.
