My Surface 3 pro keyboard is not working and I disabled my touchscreen

Hi, my surface keyboard is not working and I had already disabled my touchscreen so I wanted to know what I can do. I have tried everything from removing it and then plugging it back in to pressing the power button and volume down together, when I tried factory resorting my surface in winRE I was unable to click on the button to do so. Please help.
