My Surface Pro 3 is stuck in an update for 3 days, how do I fix this?

my surface pro 3 is stuck in an update for 3 days

I loaded a mosaic design software and two days later it did an automatic update and it has been stuck at 3% for a couple of days. How do I fix this??????

I would go ahead and try rebooting the device because at this rate it isn't going anywhere. Try the update after rebooting.
