My Surface RT Not Charging

Not charging, had to replace original charger and was charging fine for months now not charging again. I tried pluggin it in different outlets, no luck, tried holding down on button for 30sec no luck, tried holding the volume and power button down at same time no luck, any thoughts?

Strange, is the led on the magnetic plug lighting up? Mine did this a couple of times but solved it by just re seating it.
