I was restarting my my system after removing app but my system stucked up in this window tried to restart again same problem how can i boot in safe mode

, for advanced startup options to show you need to interrupt the boot proces 2 or 3 times (press reset or shutdown during pc startup).
Or iirc you can also get their through the bios.

Did you manage to get it booted properly @bassiette?

No i think the hard drive is corrupted i will buy new one and new power supplier
