My wi-fi is not working after updating to WP 10, how can I fix it?

My wi-fi is not working after updating to wp 10

it says "Can't do this right now try again in a little while. if problem continues,restart your phone and try again." I have restarted but noting happen.. Please help me...

Try hard resetting.
(warning hard reset removes all data from your phone)
For hard resetting go to settings, system, about, scroll down, reset.
