My WiFi not working

When I want to set my WiFi on. A message appears saying: "Can't do this right now". What happened here? What is wrong? Mi antenna is dead? Is a software error?

Can you connect anything else via wifi? If so have you restarted your phone? If not have you rebooted your router?
