My windows store application just keeps loading when I open it

Hello Please I need your help. When I open the app store application, it keeps loading. It can continue like that (loading with the blue screen) for about 5 minutes and then a white empty screen shows up and nothing more. I don't have any content.

Is your internet connection fast and strong? Also, what OS are on and which device?

Same happened to me with store
Make soft reset problem will resolve.
