My WP8 app with unexpected output, how can I fix this?

My wp8 app with unexpected output.

My idea is, for a user to save his number along with his location and displaying their names in the map with the given location in windows phone.

I did this by inserting every contact info into database and retrieving all them and creating a pushpin at specific location. I am getting all those locations but at last showing all contact names as the same. I observed that what I last saved contact name was given to all others.

can anyone help me with this bug in my app . Thank you
