Nav bar does not hide for some older apps

I installed build 10586 on my 640XL and one thing that is bugging me is that the Nav bar does not hide for some applications. Specifically annoying are Metrotube (paid) and Tubecascast (free) since I cannot expand video to the whole screen.

In win 8.1 I was able to hide the nav bar in all applications, but on w10 it seems that it is App dependent. Is there some setting I am missing?

MyTube! (also paid) allows me to hide the nav bar, but it is my least favorite of these thee youtube application, still great, tough.

Also I have the double tap in nav bar to close setting active.

Deslize o dedo para cima no nav bar, ele ser? ocultado!
Slide your finger up on the navbar, it will disappear!
