NAVIGON Australia not listed in store for Win10 Mobile

Does anyone else see NAVIGON Australia in the Store? I can see USA and Europe, but not Australia. Called Garmin and they say it's not region locked. I changed my region to Australia anyway and still don't see it listed.

I can see it on Microsoft's site here, www dot microsoft dot com/en-us/store/apps/navigon-australia/9nblgggzhtvz. Sorry I can't post the link, my post count isn't high enough.

Called Microsoft, which was a very painful call, and they say they don't have it at all. Called Garmin back and they're going to try and get an answer from Microsoft.

UPDATE: By visiting the URL in the first post on the phone, I was able to purchase and download the app. The app still doesn't show when searching the store.
