Need an advice Wpfans??

Hey WPfans,
I'm currently using Lumia 520 with Cyan onboard.
Before Cyan,I was on Preview for Developers program with Windows Phone 8.1 update 1 with Lumia Black firmware.
So then i decided to do upgrade(Lumia Cyan) via Nokia Recovery tool which was successfully installed.
But i am missing the Live Folders which is there in WP8.1.1 so should again join the Developer Preview Program and get update 1 installed on my phone or Should i wait for Lumia Denim to rollout??

Any news about when the Lumia Denim will rollout updates Worldwide?
If i joined the Developer Preview Program,then will i have to downgrade to get the next firmware upgrade ?

Do whatever you please. I've so far always installed DP, being well aware of issues this might cause. My 1520 is not yet updated to the Cyan firmware, but knowing that it won't change much anyways, I'm playing the waiting game.

[1] Yes, you can join the preview program again and download 8.1 Update 1 to get live folders.
[2] You can wait for Denim to get update 1, but it will not arrive too soon. You may have to wait for Q1-2015 or any time in Q4-2014. If you don't want to, then check point [1]
[3] No news about Denim rollout yet. MS is still in process of distributing Cyan.
[4] If you join preview program again, you don't need to downgrade to get Denim. Denim is firmware release and it depends upon the operator/carrier. You will get Denim once released even if you are on DP. Just pray, that they don't raise another bitlocker issues as folks had to downgrade because MS has temporarily paused Cyan for DP users and in order to get that now, users had to downgrade to wp8.

It's highly unlikely that something like that is going to happen again. It was a major flaw that was overseen/undiscovered prior to the rollout. Regardless of the continuous ranting going on throughout the web, Microsoft did exactly what was needed to be done.

I had DP 8.1. and did NSRT to get Cyan after a few months of waiting. I went to NSRT because I needed something with Cyan that DP 8.1 did not offer. (Project Screen for Miracast) But I am hesitant about DP again because of angst and lost data I had with NSRT. Even though I want to be able to call Cortana from my car's Bluetooth,(Folders meh) I have no guarantees that doing DP to 8.1.1 to get this feature will not stop Denim. However that does appear to be a while away.

Now if "Hey Cortana" always listening comes in as a DP before Denim, then I may have to reconsider my abstain from DP

I came off the DP to grab cyan and it made such a difference. Fixed all my screen issues on my 1520. Worth getting as soon as you can

I am already on Lumia Cyan update..But I need the update 1 which rolled through developer preview program but i am facing an error as mentioned in above pic!?!! hElP:unhappysweat:

Did you make sure that you have enough phone storage left for the update to be downloaded? I recommend to have 2 gigs of free storage in phone memory.This is different from a firmware update and needs more storage. Hope that helps!

Yes, i have 2.4gb phone memory left still getting the same error
