Need help blocking porn on Windows 10 phone

On my Android phone, I have a safe browser and Applock. The safe browser prevents accessing any adult material; the Applock program prevents launching Chrome (or any other browser), as well as certain other apps. I'd like to replicate this on the Windows 10 phone. However, I have been unable to find any sort of parental control or similar app, and what I did find didn't work - I could still browse for adult material. Please help!
