Need Help, HTC 8X Stuck on Old OS

I have an ATT HTC 8X that is stuck on version 8.0.9903.10 that returns that it is up-to-date when I check for updates. Anyone have any guidance on how to my phone updated to the latest versions of the Windows Phone OS?

I doubt that I can help you, but I would like to suggest that you give people more information. How long have you had the phone? Have you done a hard reset? Are you currently on AT&T? Is it a new phone?

So what is the history of the phone and how have you attempted to solve the problem?
