Need help with flashing new firmware on the Xiaomi Mi 4

Hi

I own a Xiaomi Mi 4 and I'm currently running W10M on it with the first firmware released. I want to update it to the new firmware but trying the flashing tutorial that I used the first time is not working (on cmd it says Device not found). What should I do?
