Need some help here cant login to Microsoft account on Lumia 1520

Hi all,
Since I want to download the Windows 8.1 Preview and take advantage of some of the new features wich is available in the US I entered US as the country and US English on my phone.
But when I try to login it says i cannot connect. I also entered US as the region on my Microsoft account.
I want to use features like Narrator.
But I live in Europ? and not the states.
Any help is really apreciated many thanks!

Ok, you changed your region, language, did you restart your phone...might seem like a silly question, just answer

Can you log in on Outlook.com or any other MS site?

Go to settings and select date + time
Cancel the set automatically to off
And manually type the date and time same as the region you want (this is a windows phone bug) now your microsoft account will work.
