Need some professional help!

My pc was working smooth on 10568 but today all of a sudden it got into an automatic repair loop. Tried everything but nothing fixes it. Have to reinstall the windows I'm pretty sure but the question is, will I be able to get back my insider digital entitled key? As I was running an insider build and it was already activated. Now I'm worried that if I reinstall I'll have to give a key.
