I have a Lumia 920 that I bought from at&t couple years back, and it was unlocked. Couple months back, I wanted to switch the UI to Chinese Simplified, which isn't supported from the default firmware from at&t, so I installed Rogers on my 920.
Now my mom brought the phone to China, but she said she cannot use it with China's SIM card, as the phone is locked. Do I need to re-unlock the phone because I installed Rogers?
If so, what is the best way to unlock it? I don't have a Rogers account.
