Need to retrieve cell phone password from PC

Perhaps your only hope would be to plug it in to your PC / Laptop & do whatever backup you can that way. If backup was turned on, it will periodically backup your phone (automatically) to your One Drive (cloud) account.
You can verify when the last backup was by going to One Drive ...
